On December 11, 2018 (the "Petition Date"), Scotty's Holdings, LLC and twelve affiliated debtors (together, the "Debtors") filed voluntary petitions for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. The Debtors' bankruptcy cases are jointly administered under case no. 18-09243 and are pending before the Honorable Jeffrey J. Graham in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Indiana.
