On July 10, 2017 (the "Petition Date"), BICOM NY, LLC d/b/a Jaguar Land Rover Manhattan ("BICOM"), ISCOM NY, LLC d/b/a Maserati of Manhattan ("ISCOM"), and Bay Ridge Automotive Company, LLC d/b/a Bay Ridge Ford ("BRAC") (collectively, the “Debtors”) filed voluntary petitions for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code.
